Heres another take on things.
The well has been completed for production..given.
the JVs are now all aware of the well potential.
They dont need to keep the rig over the wellhead to do testing. That increases costs for everybody.
They dont need a full testing crew for clean up operation. Gives time to mobilise a full test crew and all the gear... The test crew and testing gear (separators, burner etc) can remain on site and be used for production, if its an oil well, and the oil simply trucked out.
So my theory is...it is OIL....(I really hope so, all the delays and shifty behind the scenes deals are killing me)
