    Ralph - given they only need $25m for Stage 1 capex that would infer they are going ahead with Stage 2 infrastructure if raising in the region of $100m

    I'd like the PFS with this placement, otherwise we're no closer to knowing the true value of what we're sitting on. Hopefully as you say the sale issue is over and we can get on with the job.
