I can understand your point of view and on any of my other stocks I would agree. However I have held TZN for a couple of years and the management have never disapointed me yet. They will be aware of the potemtial damage that a SPP could do to the SP, but will have no doubt have a strategy to try and combat this.
Dont forget that Management/Insiders hold 20%, so they will want to protest there own interests.
I have no doubt that TZN will surpass ZFX (pre-merger) in the future.
Only time will prove if an SPP is a good idea and also what the extra money is for.
