Even if BNB were to fail its assets and arrangements would be assigned. There is unlikely to be any increase in energy that would not want to increase their stock levels.
BNB's problems are not the deals that they have done, but the debt asset ratio that has meant that BNB is too highly geared for today's bankers (who lost their money by investing in dud mortgages not dud energy assets.)
