In my view there are only two things WR needs to achieve in the next three months.
-Demonstrate he has someone to sell the ore too (be it the Chinese, BHP or RIO)
-Demonstrate he has a means of getting it to the customer (ie rail & port)
If he secures these two things then the SP should undergo a re-rating of biblical proportions. The rest should look after itself.
