from my understanding these 'after hours trades' aren't executed by SEATS. ASX allows after hour trades( 4.11pm -5pm) between brokers only on existing orders. You may find those trades are 'crossing' between 2 parties(usually larger parcels).
In GPT after hr trades they are coded "XTSXOS"
XT Cross trade
SX special portfolio crossing
OS overseas
so maybe the Singapore government is moving portfolio around.
