It is a 364 day facilty. The end of facility is meant to be end March 2009. So end March 2010 would be the new termination date.

I agree with Juggs (I think) who said that whatever the terms it will at least take away the uncertainty. But the fact that they way the agreement will be material means that it will probably change, right? That can either be good or bad - I am more and more thinking it will be bad but the extension will be good news so it all kind of evens out.
