sometime ago now i had a rather lengthy descusion with ad , about the generalisations of the project.at the tie the rail linkwas mentioned and roughly quoted at 1/2 bill$ ,now i realise that rail will make mak more productive etc. but it would SEEM mak will neeed to find some $125 M TO participate .therefore i see a rather LARGE RAISING awaiting in the not to distant future .
