    i jumped the gun on a couple of them in the past and i,m kicking my self now.

    i think I'll wait for announcement this time.i think CER-CNP have being in the gutter long enough.

    its being very quiet as far as rumors and journo's bagging them and that makes me think that something big might be coming up.
