If you go to the company anouncements, on the asx, or
to the extract web site , you can download the proxy
form.
It the proxy form is in the announcement dated the
23/12/08, it is page 9 of that ann.

Also you can ring the office on 0893672111, and ask
for Mr Rance Dorrington, the company secretary.

I urge you to vote against the resolution, and keep
our board intact, if you have been reading the posts
on this thread, you will understand, that all the s/hs
have stated these intentions except one, but that
person is from germany, and does not understand the
consequences, that will happen to all s/hs if this
resolution is passed, so I urge you to vote against.
