In this market if you are owed 30+ million pounds you take it in cash and run.....If it is let in the company, you would have to think they are positive on the outcome of the future to VPG...

Although continued risks may get worse, to leave 60+million in the company and taking a large share holding, I think that is more positive than we have seen in 3 months...

But hey, I'm not an informed punter so what do I know....

If I had to bet on any REIT type company succeeding at the moment, VPG is one of the better chances I think with the cash they have.
