    PPP... My reading and it really does need to be clarified is that VPG is proposing issue shares to settle 7mil pounds only, the remaining 30 mil pounds deferred as debt. Therefore, maybe the calculations are:

    7m pounds * 2.11 forex / 19.9% = 74il AUD...a 30% discount to market cap..

    Which one of us is corrector????
