To me it doesn´t sound so good. Why should CNMM double the offer or even raise it? Isn´t that a bit on the dark side of the moon?
Chinese wanted the majority and now they mostlikely had to sacrifice.
Saying "hey, you can´t have the majority, but you can pay more for a minor peace of the pie instead.."
