    Certainly taking a long time and the longer it takes, the less likely it is to be a speeding ticket.

    That said, it is a busy time with the end of month and Annual Reports due by COB today. Might just be a reflection of the usual last minute rush to get reports out.

    There is is - Trading Halt.
