Julia - what the heck are you talking about asking for a link to an opening price? Do you not know anything about the markets, and how they work? Do you even know how to look up a matched opening price for a stock in a trading halt, simply by typing 'LYC' into the Commsec page - or whatever you use?

Surely you're kidding, right? Was joke, ja?

Seriously - how can you take seriously this "delay for years" nonsense? Did you not read the report either? 9 out of the 11 recommendations were directed at the Malaysian Govt Licensing Board - not at Lynas. The two that WERE directed at Lynas would be relatively straightforward to implement, especially as the plant is still being constructed.

I think you are posting negative stuff to support your alleged short position (I say alleged, as I'm not convinced that you even trade, given your question about a "link" to the opening price).

I am quite happy to listen to, or debate, points of view that differ from my own, on pretty well anything. But not when somebody is as naive or deliberately cunning with an agenda as you seem to be.

Give it a rest. Read the report. Wait for Lynas's response and the actual announcement via the ASX. your continual burblings on here are getting really tiresome. We may not all agree on all sorts of things, but most don't seem to have the agenda that you do, and most don't seem to take the perverse delight in posting downramping stuff as you seem to do.
