Trump to reporters this week" I am introducing tarriffs"
Trump to Broker 4 weeks later " close shorts"
Trump to reporters 5 weeks later " aaaaah i've changed my mind, no tarriffs, lets get back to building a wall"
IMO thats how the big end of town do it. and Trump is at the big end of the big end.
meanwhile little LPD is a guppy in the stream just being pushed with the current.
