Now I wasn't paying proper attention to the AELB submissions in the past, so could someone clarify my points if necessary.
Isn't it true that the AELB have previously knocked back 3 or 4 submissions from Lynas in a period of about 6 months?
If they can process the submissions in that short a period (say an average of 2 months), then why would they need to take the full 7 months to approve?
Granted, when the AELB are happy with it, they may need to make the submission public for feedback, that of course would delay the approval accordingly...
