Not too sure if this question has already been raised before, but the 7 months stated on the AELB site for a license application, does anyone know whether that applies only to the full license or to all licenses, including the Pre-Op ones?
If it only applies to the full license, then it would be interesting to know what the time frame is for a Pre-Op. Perhaps the media has quote a different category license application time frame?
