Plus the increased demand in the next 50 years for rare earths as smartphones, green devices, EVs, wind turbines, start to get manufactured on a large scale. There will be a commodity drop when Molycorp comes online, for sure, but (I think) this will creep back up again over time due to demand etc.
The pre-op license was priced in earlier in the year when the price hit 2.60, after this they ananounced delays and all the recent excitement is partly due to delays, protests, and EU shambles.
Plus the increased demand in the next 50 years for rare earths...
