hey nose! totally agree. i thought the same and I am guessing that either the market is presuming that 15 is a good placement price or someone is consolidating the stock at 15 to ensure placement happens at that price.

it's silly though because there are hardly any trades at this price? who on earth would sell at this price when they would be doing at a loss and there is so much going for DMA in the next 6 months.
