    With just over 1/3 of the offerred securities taken up it looks like PRE/RCF need to pull a rabbit out of the hat over the next 3 months to offload the remaining 63.5%.

    These guys have a strong record of rabbits and hats - can they do it with the Tunduru asset or is this on a death spiral?
