You mean a market friendly low capex smaller open pit operation to start and maybe a 1mtpa plant just to get the cash flow going,?? Thats not a bad option given current poor market sentiment .
Then sell it for much more as proven viable -or JV it huge..
I know that option is of course being looked at.
