Howdy db: OK first question - have you been following me around all these years ? Was heavily involved in the initial fly ash for concrete project that came out of Uni of NSW. Long story and a bit sad. VLA was withdrawn from market as did not pass muster, Retractable syringes was a bad one for sure - though bit of a case of VHS vs beta type scenario and frankly they got a bit carried away and perhaps did not protect the back (financial) door. The ASIC does often appear not to have teeth but in fact it does - if and when it bites - in fairness somewhat under resourced so really only pays attention to a volume of complaints against poor trading within the one entity. Then of course we had POS where we did not have to worry about shorters !!

Agree all not very helpful for us but nor is a poor ref in a game of footy - but you come back next week to play another game. All you say is and can be justified but the reality is that is how it has been for some time and likely will be tomorrow. We have the choice to play or not and personally I dont see any other game in town to compete with it. NSX should have been a breeding ground to put trainer wheels on early stage pre-revenue pups where the (lack of) liquidity pretty much prevents shorting etc but the Aussie market still does not generally want to know about it (yes I spent a bit of time chasing that dream too). To declare all interests I am currently also in IMM, IMU, CHM and a few others - each of which have from time to time focused on this same complaint.
Hang in there as the rewards can still be worthwhile.
