Totally agree mate. It seems there will be more dilution with the Embark deal. LIC management fees should be at a minimum to create shareholder value instead of destroy it, and if management hold shares it's a win, win. Instead of using the money sold from our holdings to pay directors and CEO's salaries when they don't seem to be doing much, we should be using that money to buy more stock. There are some big shareholders in there with the likes of Greenline holdings, I was looking at the top 20 a while back and they seem to have reduced there holdings if I'm not mistaken. Maybe they are not happy with the way things are turning out. If we could get a major shareholder on board with your 249d notice that would be great, although I'm not too sure how to contact them.
