You're leaving out a lot here, how about the 450k we are paying to embark for literally zero, how about the 12 million shares in performance rights that can be granted even when the NTA goes up but share price declines , like what happening right now. The dilution that will bring which will further decrease SP, How about the percentage ontop of the 450 k we will be losing to Embark for investments that we already hold and they had no part in selecting. This is not even touching on what management and BOD of MMJ have issued to themselves in peformance rights.
