    See below update for 23/02/2021. Estimated pre-tax NTA per share now sits at $0.22, which represents a 42% discount from the last traded price. A good thing to see is that HVT.TSXV has been relatively stable over the past two days of trading, considering the sharp rise and fall that took place over a week ago.
