Milestones before TOL:
1. PSC presents report to parly
2. Partly debates for a week
3. SMSL re-appeals (on procedures basis rather than technical basis so yes they *can* appeal as described by High Court in transcript of judgement last time )
4. Associated high court hearing
5. Lynas to show compliance with "recommendations" (which clearly stated need to be met before TOL issued).
I know that certain people think PSC/MOSTI/AELB aren't linked, I've also read the repeated assurances, however they clearly are linked/squabbling/not acting unilaterally, if you look at how it's gone the past few months. It's clearly a party-wide issue, with the AELB basically appointed public servants unwilling to act unilaterally. They will only issue when everything is sorted.
