All depends on what you think the ordinary shares get to.
Let's take Patersons NPV (EMS = 26c) for instance. That makes the EMSO's technically worth 6c, or three times current price of 2c. The EMSOB's are then techincially worth 16c, or 3.5 times current price of 4.5c.
Now, extrapilate that out to a successful trial and commercialisation. Let's say $1 for example.
EMSO's now worth 80c, 40 times current price.
EMSOB's now worth 90c, 20 times current price.
It's all about leverage (and risk/return).
