    Yes it is painful to get such a rush then watch it trickle back again.
    Thats just the way traders work I am afraid.

    Long term holders will be back in green at significantly higer values I am sure.

    All this does for me is give me another oppurtunity to buy again at lower levels, whcih I will be doing.
