Could you please go and do some reading before you make misinformed comments.
PRE a buy, probably. They going to prove up a TCF size reservoir in this hole, NO! its 100Bcf at best. Still huge for a company PRE's size, and if into production at a decent flowrate, the SP will be a hell of a lot more than 12c.
