TTC, am hoping the same thing.

what i cant fathom is why a cap raising is announced within a day or 2 of the AGM??

most companies i know will try and lead in to an AGM on the back of good news and perhaps a minor uplift in SP, this is looking the complete opposite.

if the cap raising is as stated earlier, this will almost double the number of shares on issue if announced at half a cent.
how will this affect the mood of shareholders at an AGM??

timing is mystefying to say the least.
are management glutton for punishment???
