LCY still have to conduct business on a daily basis. Sure there's 19mill coming, but that ain't going to be in the bank on the 16th. They will be lucky to have by the end of the year. Bills still need to be paid and we don't know what could be due next week for drilling etc. AS someone mentioned that they didn't decide a week before they moved to get new premises. Sometime you have to have contingencies in place just in case.
I see it as they are still full steam ahead and getting on with the job.
