re: pre_open - mob claim $14 million + costs
Guys, Remember this claim is just for the period up to March 03. The ASP lasts until Sep 2008. If MOB gets costs then this would cancel the tax (perhaps still be a $1 million on the upside) so lets say $15 million. Thats 14c per share cash (after tax).
My calculation NPV of the 5 quarters was $8.9 million. I have not NPV'd the rest of the contract BUT would expect that it would be in the order of > $20 million
