Are you saying that the judge is emailing you that he doesnt give any weight to this claim ? At the end of the day the only person who matters is the judge. What MMX and is lawyers are saying is meaningless as they always sell their own book.
If MMX had no knowledge who was MMX at the time and did they make it to court to say this ?
As to MMX having plenty of options like issueing more paper thats a load of ....
In this world cash is king. The shares might have had some future value but no cash no deal. MMX couldnt even pay its own listing fee's and was suspended.
