A tiny point on your two horse race analysis...
There could be a deadheat... incorrect weight (I remember a horse called QUITOS, way back. It cost me.)...protest upheld.... and I dont think ignorance can be used as an excuse because they didn't take the stand...
Also, in some of your previous posts,you have nominated certain amounts in valuing JACK HILLS "BEFORE" the trebleing of the resource ...???.
