Yes Gard's..I do Understand...I have studied the Weboz/nicu/mmx half yearly's in the past thoroughly.....winterfall/Iron jack the owner of the tenements was bought by Murchison for 80 million shares and options in November 04, and a further consideration of 1.1 mill plus some more shares were to be paid later when Iron jack aquired further tenements inc Jack hills.....MMX sold a parcel of around 4 million shares to raise around 800,000 to pay the first part...ie $600k which was paid before the end of december 04...By 31st December MMX had over 4.5 million in the bank with only another 500k due to complete the agreement....Chm cheques adding up to about 180k went to winterfall via Barnes, perhaps as a loan. But may have been repaid by MMX or not!! either way I think its quite reasonable to believe that MMX could have paid if they knew they needed to, had Grim not been up to no good with Barnsey...
