The different items you say came out of the accounts appear to have happened but I am not sure I can agree with the timing on everything.
If you take the last accounts before they were suspended and then what was presented after they re-emerged I am not sure it points to this order of events.
Depends when the 1.1 million was paid and how it was paid.
As to the issue of no knowledge its not just one transaction CHM are saying happened. MMX must be saying didnt know about that, didnt know about that, didnt know about that..
But also they say current management were not there at the time. So up to the word of old management. How many of the past directors took the stand ?
