Hi all, I have been following the ARH posts with some interest since purchasing in the low teens. I have been attempting to source out companies that provide similar dynamics as ARH, particualy in relation to size of resource, estimates and deal specifics. I also find the diversity of opinion in relation to this company re: dilution of shares post Palmer deal very interesting. Many pros and cons..
My question is; Have/are there any other resource comps that have established themselves successfully with a similar deal, or does the nature of the holistics of this deal set a difficult precedent to interprit the final outcome or future share price perspective, hence the current share price and reluctance of forward movement.
Reading the announcments from ARH, one would interprit the news to be fairly positive, even though it was ramped prior to the announcment, I would have assumed that there would be a gradule climb back up, not the treading water its share price is displaying currently.
I intend keeping this one as a long term hold, given the 3 year development phase, even so, is there something I'm missing amongst all the schematics of the deal apart from Palmer's huge stake in shares! Cheers
