re: prechter's call- croupier Wow, thats some heavy reading on Real Estate Croupier. I suppose I agree with most of it, especially rates of increase that are higher than expotential must come back.Not sure about their use if harmonics tho.Ive read up on harmonics, and methinks the professors use preachers licence to justify some soothsayings.
Overall, they are odds on to be proven right or lucky. Iagree with their staements, but not how they arrived at their conclusions.Harmonics are physics and wave theory, not economics. We will all be very excited if physics can tell us what will happen tomorrow.lol.

I like their reference to bubbles dont always end in a crash, which is something I said today on my property post in general. Yes, Im so bored today that I read the general section!
