If junior cricket in our country town is anything to go by the game has no future . There is racial abuse of players and parents by 12 year olds , the rules as they are now are never going to produce decent players. The good players are forced to play at the level of the worst players , aggressive fielding is forbidden -- it is a joke . Most kids give it a miss now and play basketball .The WACA is not the least bit interested in fixing things, they live in their own little dream world
