There has been a continuing (official) supply shortfall for quite a while KH. We spoke about this a while ago. If you remember First Majestic's Keith Neumeyer said a while ago that users were buying direct from the developer at a premium to the market. So, there are two implications that flow from this - that all supply (production) does not show up on the Ag market and the official price does not reflect the market.
If so, we can conclude that supply is greater than that reported officially, and price is greater than the official price of silver?
Perhaps Keith could enlighten us further, but I think that might have been a one-off! Good on him - he sounds like a thoroughly nice person and a good family man!
