one important factor to take into consideration is that the figures in the video for the mg per watt calculations for Perc 15, Topcon 23 & SHJ 33 are from 2020 and the amount of silver used per solar panel has been getting lower due to greater efficiencies but what the true figures in 2023 are I don't know, and previously Perc was dominant but that is rapidly changing towards Topcon and SHJ which use a lot more silver. The only certainty is that the estimated solar panel production in 2023 of 413GW is substantially above 2022 production and the silver institute figures for solar panels silver usage are very wrong.
