Can you please explain any reasoning behind the ' blow it's top' statement?
I recall similar, premonitions, inkling, whispers and predictions numerous times over at least 5 years.
Has Paris doubled in size to make it a viable mine? ' cause currently it's just not big enough and they've poked around for what, a decade, and added very little.
I would love a pleasant surprise but, in reality, I wrote this one off a long time ago, and nothing has happened that I find particularly encouraging.
