I used to talk to management from multiple companies. Imo a complete waste of time, strangely none ever said anything negative regarding the companies prospects, lol! on the level of used car salesmen.
Most of my investments are in pms so I agree there with likely appreciation but I suggest far better investment vehicles are available than IVR if that's your belief. And you are entitled to your beliefs, however misguided I think they are regarding IVR.
But you don't address the questions, do you have any regrets that your constant ramping has led others into a losing investment? And do you think, inklings, premonitions and hopium are a sound basis for investment?
You cite 60+ years experience as somehow supporting your position? Really?
If Paris can't make it then where does your constant optimism come from, I think I know!
