Not sure meditation is the only answer but asking may help :-)

No path has the end but some paths can be very long and then it is time to change direction.

Yes dreaming or parts of it are for cleaning (daily connections) but some parts are just another life.

Dreaming (aware of it) while dreaming, now that is different or is it..??

it is fun not knowing all otherwise to my small body it would be zzzzzz existence.
