HZN's major shareholder would really need to instigate or be on-board with any takeover offer as their holding would prevent any compulsory acquisition. This makes me think someone would have to pay a reasonable premium.
They have increased their holding recently so they obviously view the current price as good value and appear to be a long term holder with the future in mind.
Would they buy the whole company?
What is their purchase price and at what price would they sell?
I would love a nice fat takeover but am not really holding my breath for it!!
