Yes, you are right and so is Amused Observer. But I don't no what seems to motivate the almost "celebratory" tone in some of his comments.
This is a big setback, but you have to have courage to have a go at these things. Sometimes they don't work out. Trahar and the other big investors have given it a go. Huge amount of work gone in to get all the approvals ticked and in place. Oh well, maybe we should let the Chinese develop the North of Australia. It does not seem that Australian investors are interested in it. To much money to made out of selling, insurance and real estate and Smart phones to each other in the South of Australia than be trying to develop the North.
