predictable credit raise??

hello all,

can someone explain to me as this is one of my first large investments..

1. how likely it would be for a credit raise to occur? is it likely due to needing the capital for sales & distribution ?

2 If so would a credit raise be horrible for the SP ? I have noted that it could easily potentially half our stock?

3. why would the price go up before a credit raise , i noted somone said that earlier.

If someone could take the time to explain I would be so grateful. ( as said its my first large investment) I have 45k in stock . thank you
