1.a capital raise and risk of dilution at this stock price is very risky and could loose faith with investors.
2. It could be bad but if they try to raise capital internally and more insiders buy the stock it could show that management still have faith in the company.
3. Possibly people buying in to take advantage of the capital raise I don’t really know,
in the report they have mentioned that they still have enough cash runway for a year which is good news, the unknown is the sales volume they might get when this goes to market. This is my own opinion let’s hope we get some good news soon about getting a product to market
