30 million stocks are not high considering the 175 annual revenues level. As you know stock when conducting business is necessary to fulfil your orders. Vacuum cleaners are not manufactured in Oz so shipping takes time, it is necessary to maintain stock!
A supportive shareholder is a good thing. How many companies you know that have a shareholder like him? I feel safer with this 97 yrs old mogul steering the ship, I believe he is wiser than you and me.
The debt is lower than 30 million because they hold some cash as well. The net debt level to assets is at very low levels actually. Less than 15%, while most ASX companies are at 30%-40% leverage.
